The ideal dosing for deep tissue is above 10 Joules/cm2
Using the standard calculation:
Irradiance × Time ÷ 1000
40 mW/cm² × 10 minutes × 60 seconds ÷ 1000 = 24 J/cm²
The pulse mode operates at a 50% duty cycle by default, so when pulsed, the delivered dose is approximately 12 J/cm².
For deeper tissue applications, the commonly referenced therapeutic window is above 10 J/cm², so the belt sits comfortably within this range.
