How can I cancel/pause my subscription

The discount subscription service has a minimum contract term of 3 delivery cycles to qualify for the discount. Once you have completed these cycles you will be able to manage your subscription online.

To cancel/pause your subscription, please log into your Maysama account, and click on "Manage Subscription"

Scroll to the bottom of the page until you see the following screen:
