How can I return my product?

MAYSAMA make every effort to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you change your mind, we accept returns for unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery, subject to normal purchase conditions*

Please be advised that, as a small independent brand, Maysama does not offer a trial period for the purchase of beauty devices or skincare products.

Maysama can only offer refunds for products that are Fit For Resale. This means that products must be in their original packaging and tamper seals must not have been removed.

Please be advised that Maysama do not cover the cost of return carriage but will refund your products in full, less any costs incurred to process and ship your order and receive your return, once our warehouse has confirmed that items have been returned to stock.
