Adverse reaction to skincare product

We are so sorry if you have had an adverse reaction to a skincare product!

Maysama formulates for all skin types but always with sensitive skin in mind. Our formulations are free from added fragrance and essential oils, drying alcohols and all known EU allergens. 

Please be advised that a small percentage of the population (less than 1%) cannot tolerate niacinamide or pure Aloe Vera gel, which is used in some of our formulations. If you believe you have had a reaction to any of Maysama's skincare products, please contact us by raising a ticket in the first instance. Your feedback is important to us!
