How can I return my product?

At MAYSAMA, we make every effort to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, if you change your mind, we accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery, subject to our standard purchase conditions.*

Refunds can only be issued for products that are fit for resale. This means items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tamper seals and protective films fully intact.

We stand by the quality and effectiveness of our LED devices. That’s why we offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on the PRANA LED Mask, Chin2Chest LED Device, Pulse40 LED Panel, LED Silicone Belt and LED Hand Glove.

The device must be returned complete with all accessories and in its original packaging.

Once we’ve received your returned product, we’ll process your refund, minus a 10% handling fee to cover return administration.
